2020 Swimwear Trends

Wanna hear something cool? We know the most popular and explosive swimwear trends for this summer, and we want to share them with you!

We know that keeping up with the new trends every single summer is so draining! Who has the time? Well, we got you girls. We’ve done the research because swimwear is what we know and what we love! Below are five of our favorite bikini trends that you’ll be seeing all over the swimwear industry in 2020. Since you already love our style, we know you’ll love these too!

Ready for 2020?

1. Versatility

If you’re anything like us (which we know you are), then you probably plan on living in bikinis all summer long! The problem is that there are so many days of the week and not enough bikinis in your closet. Luckily, one of our favorite trends in 2020 is versatile swimwear that can be worn in multiple ways! Not only does this save you from over purchasing all the new bikini styles, but it allows you to add your own personal flare to your bikini depending on your mood. We’re getting innovative in 2020!

Vague High Waist
2. High-Waist

Over the past few years, we’ve seen jean trends transition from low-rise to high-waist bikini bottom. Women of all shapes and sizes are loving how much more flattering this high-waist style looks. Well, we thought why not add that to our swimwear too? We should feel just as sexy in our bikini bottoms as we do in our jeans! Not only does the high-waist look more flattering on more figures, but it’s also more comfortable as it feels a little less exposing at the beach!

3. Mix & Match

We’re including a mix and match bikini trend in this list because we love to do this ourselves! We spend so much money on our swimwear and clothing that it makes more sense to be able to mix and match. If you didn’t already know, any Sinipesa bikini top can be paired with jeans, shorts, or even skirts! For days spent exploring a new area, don’t be afraid to wear a bikini top with your regular clothes.

Nalu one Piece
4. One Piece Suits

We’ve always loved a good one piece which is why we’re so happy they’re making their way back into style! Sometimes we don’t want to be too exposed at the beach and that’s the beauty of one piece swimsuit styles. You have the ability to feel more comfortable in your swimsuit while still being able to enjoy the sunshine. Not to mention, you can wear your Sinipesa Swim one piece as a bodysuit while you’re at work and be completely ready for the beach by 5 pm. So, be sure to keep a one piece in your swimwear collection this summer just in case!

5. Retro Colors

We’re so excited about retro colors coming back in 2020 that we decided to shoot a whole Euphoria inspired campaign! Don’t worry, more details on the campaign are coming soon but for now, we’ll just keep you updated on one of our favorite bikini trends of the summer. Everything from retro style cuts to retro colors will be seen in swimwear stores this summer. We’re talking faded hues of blue, brown, orange, and pink. We’re most excited about the retro trend because it’s bringing fun back into the summer time! You’re ready to swim if you see the ocean and you get the most out of all your purchases!

Dear Sinipesa Swim crew,

We produce biodegradable and home compostable mailing satchels (and other packaging) which have been incredibly popular in Australia and New Zealand. We’ve recently expanded into the US/UK and would love Sinipesa to be one of our launch customers. Would you mind directing this email to whoever is responsible for your eCommerce packaging?

Many thanks in advance,
