If you’ve changed your mind, we totally get it—things happen! Just send us an email at hello@sinipesa.com within 1 hour of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help you cancel it. After that, it might be too late as we start processing orders quickly, but we’ll always try to make magic happen for you!

SHIPPING
Orders take up to 2 business days to process before shipping, so we can make sure everything is perfect for you.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $400 and free express shipping for international orders over $800.
For U.S. orders, you can choose Standard Shipping (2 to 4 business days) for $10, or if you’re in a rush, Expedited Shipping (1 to 3 business days) for $25. If you’re really in a rush, send us an email at hello@sinipesa.com so we can prioritize your order!
Since we’re based in Los Angeles, if you need a piece right away, just email us at hello@sinipesa.com. We’ll do everything we can to help you coordinate a pickup or delivery—we’ve got you!
Yes, of course! Mistakes happen, and we totally get it. Just send us an email at hello@sinipesa.com within 1 hour of placing your order, and we’ll do everything we can to update it for you. After 1 hour, it might be a little tricky since we start processing orders quickly, but we’ll always try our best to help!
If your package says it’s been delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier for the quickest resolution. Most deliveries are left in a safe spot if no one is home, so it’s also worth checking with neighbors, building management, or anyone nearby who might’ve received it.
If you still can’t find it, email us at hello@sinipesa.com, and we’ll do everything we can to assist. While we can’t take responsibility for packages once they leave our warehouse, we’ll work with you and the courier to help resolve the issue as best we can.
Once you’ve placed your order, please allow 2–3 business days for us to carefully pack and ship it from our warehouse. As soon as it’s on its way, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey!
We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days, but we always try to get them out sooner! If your order is placed before 12 PM (Los Angeles time), there’s a good chance it will ship the same day or the next business day. We work hard to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible!
RETURNS
We want you to love your Sinipesa pieces, but if you’d like to request a refund or exchange, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return by emailing us at hello@sinipesa.com. We must receive the return within 10 days of your request.
Because we carefully handmake and inspect every piece to ensure it’s perfect for you, returns must arrive in the same pristine condition they were shipped in. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags and packaging intact. Please be mindful: if the piece has been worn, we will know, and we will not be able to accept the return.
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders, but we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Presale Items: If you’ve purchased a presale item, please note that these were made specially by our artisans just for you, and as such, are eligible for exchanges for a different size or store credit only. We cannot offer refunds for presale items, but we’ll make sure you love your piece by finding the perfect fit or offering store credit for future use.
To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@sinipesa.com with your name, order number, and details of the item. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a return label and instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll carefully inspect it to ensure it’s in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. For exchanges, your new item will be shipped out after the inspection is complete and approved. For returns, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, which may take up to 5 business days to process.
Please note, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and domestic returns are subject to an $8 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
We know that our pieces are an investment, and we completely understand that you want them to be perfect. If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or even another style, just email us at hello@sinipesa.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it’s in its original, unworn condition, we’ll process the exchange and ship your new piece to you. If you’re unsure about the best option, we’re happy to help you choose—we’re here to make sure you love your Sinipesa piece!
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and send you an email update. This process usually takes up to 2 business days from the date your tracking shows it was delivered to us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll process your refund and apply it to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. We know waiting isn’t fun, but we promise to make it as quick as possible!
INTERNATIONAL
We love seeing Sinipesa pieces all over the world! Yes, we ship internationally, and you can even shop in your local currency by selecting your country from the dropdown menu at the bottom of our site.
If your country isn’t on the list or you’re having trouble checking out, send us an email at hello@sinipesa.com, and we’ll do our best to help right away!
At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders, but we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items. Exchanges are subject to a $35 fee to cover return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost will also be deducted.
We know that exchanges can take time, and waiting isn’t fun! If you’d like to receive your new piece faster, you can place a new order and email us the tracking number for your return. Once we confirm your return is in transit, we’ll process a refund for your original order, making sure things move as quickly as possible for you.
To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@sinipesa.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the process. Your item must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Duties and taxes are determined by customs officials in your country, and the recipient is responsible for paying these charges to allow the shipment to continue to its destination. We know this isn’t ideal, and if the duties are significant, email us at hello@sinipesa.com—we’ll do our best to help find a solution. We don’t want this to stop you from ordering with us!
If duties and taxes are not paid, and the package is returned to us, we cannot issue a refund but will provide a store credit valid for 12 months. Please note that any return shipping fees, import fees, or customs charges incurred on the returned package will be deducted from the store credit.
We understand how frustrating this process can be and will always do our best to make it as smooth as possible!
I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER
Each Sinipesa piece is handmade with care and packaged one by one by our small team. We inspect and photograph every piece before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition for you. That said, if there’s something we missed, please email us at hello@sinipesa.com, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Please keep in mind that handmade pieces often have slight imperfections that add to their charm and make each one unique. Small variations in color may occur due to your screen’s display or our creative photography, and these are not considered defects. If the piece has a minor issue, like a loose thread, we recommend fixing it at home whenever possible—it’s better for the environment and keeps your piece in perfect shape!
If there’s a significant issue, such as a hole or rip, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll evaluate the situation to determine the best way to make it right. We want every Sinipesa piece to feel as special as the day it was made.
We’re so sorry to hear that something might be missing from your order! Please email us at hello@sinipesa.com within 5 business days of receiving your parcel, and we’ll investigate the situation with our dispatch team right away.
After this time frame, we may not be able to take further action as we will consider your order successfully fulfilled. Thank you for understanding, and rest assured we’ll do everything we can to make things right if there’s been a mistake!
CARE
Our pieces are carefully handmade with love and attention to detail by our artisans, which is why we want to make sure you get the most out of them! To keep your Sinipesa piece looking flawless, we recommend the following:
Handwash Only: Gently handwash your piece with cool water and mild detergent to preserve the delicate craftsmanship. Avoid machine washing, as it can damage the fabric and the handmade details.
Dry Flat: After washing, lay your piece flat to dry. This will prevent any stretching and help maintain its shape.
Professional Cleaning: For a more thorough clean, especially for intricate pieces, we recommend professional cleaning to ensure it’s taken care of properly.
Store it Right: When not in use, store your Sinipesa piece folded in the cute bag it came with. This will help protect it from other items in your closet and prevent unnecessary damage. Avoid hanging your piece as this can cause it to stretch out of shape—fold it up neatly for safekeeping!
