RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your Sinipesa piece. If you'd like to request a refund or exchange, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return by emailing us at hello@sinipesa.com. Returns must be received within 10 days of approval.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn cannot be accepted.
FINAL SALE & PRESALE
Items discounted 50% or more are final sale and not eligible for return. Exchanges or store credit may be offered.
EXCHANGES
To exchange for a different size, color, or style, email us within 14 days of delivery — we’ll help you find the best option.
If you prefer a faster exchange, you may place a new order and return your original item once received.
REFUNDS & FEES
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Domestic returns are subject to an $8 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and defective items are not subject to this fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International returns are accepted for eligible items. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If duties are refused and the package is returned to us, store credit will be issued once received, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges are available for eligible items.

Duties and taxes are not included in your order and may be collected upon delivery.
