We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for our handmade pieces. These items are delicately crafted with metallic threads and are designed to mold perfectly to your body's shape. Once you try them on, they adjust to fit you flawlessly. Due to their delicate nature and custom fit, finding them a new home is challenging. However, if the fit isn't right, we're happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. If your handmade item is faulty or you have any concerns, please email Lucia at lucia@sinipesaswim.com. She'll personally assist you in finding a solution to ensure your satisfaction. Please refer to the exchange policy section for more information.

For items that are not handmade, we accept returns on all domestic orders. Returns must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs), items must be in their original condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations. All tags and hygienic seals must remain attached, accompanied by the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet these conditions. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. However, return shipping costs are on us!

Sale items are eligible for store credit and exchange but not eligible for refunds.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept returns from international orders. Swimwear and intimates are NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

For size exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired size before returning the original purchase to ensure availability. Exchange shipping costs are on us!
