RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Sinipesa pieces! If you'd like to request a refund or exchange, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return by emailing us at hello@sinipesa.com. We must receive the return within 10 days of your request.
We carefully handmake and inspect each piece to ensure it’s perfect for you. Returns must arrive in the same pristine condition they were shipped in. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all tags and packaging. Please note: if the piece has been worn, we cannot accept the return.
Final Sale Items: These are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Presale Items: Presale items are made specially by our artisans just for you. These items are eligible for exchanges for a different size or store credit only. Refunds are not available for presale items, but we’ll make sure you love your piece by finding the perfect fit or offering store credit for future use.
If you need to exchange for a different size, color, or even another style, just reach out to us at hello@sinipesa.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the process and help you choose the best option for your needs!
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it’s in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact. After inspection, we’ll process the exchange or refund. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account. Please note, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and domestic returns are subject to an $8 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Do you ship internationally?
We absolutely love seeing our Sinipesa pieces worn all around the world! International customers can shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu located at the bottom of the site. If your country isn’t listed or you’re having trouble checking out, email us at hello@sinipesa.com and we’ll help you out right away!
Can I return an international order?
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders, but we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items. Exchanges are subject to a $35 fee to cover return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.
We understand that exchanges can take time, and waiting isn’t fun! If you'd like to receive your new piece faster, you can place a new order and email us the tracking number for your return. Once we confirm your return is on its way back to us, we’ll process a refund for your original order.
To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@sinipesa.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure your item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Are duties and taxes included?
Unfortunately, duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price. Once customs officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay the charges before the shipment can continue to its destination.
If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes, and the package is returned to us, we’ll offer store credit, but no refunds will be processed. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns about the duties and taxes — we’ll do everything we can to help!
