RETURN POLICY

If are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on all domestic orders in their original condition within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Items must be in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All tags and hygienic seals must be attached as purchased, accompanied by original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not match our return conditions mentioned.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange. 

At this time, we do not accept returns from international orders. 

 

ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

HOW DO I MAKE MY RETURN?

Please contact lucia@sinipesaswim.com to notify us of your return and we will provide you with the details and simple steps to follow.

Once we have received your returned items, and the return condition requirements are met, please allow 4-5 business days for the refunded amount to return to your card.

If you would like to return an item for a different size, we recommend that you place a new order for the item right away before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your desired size is in stock.
